Inspired by the early rum producers of Louisiana, the combination of fresh cane sugar and creamy molasses creates a very special rum experience. Following ancient artisan traditions, Bayou XO is distilled in copper stills, then aged in bourbon and sherry casks by master blender Rieniel Vicente using the solera method, for up to six years.
