Payment:
Payment by credit card, post office payment or bank transfer. Goods are shipped once payment is received.

Delivery Time:
2 to 5 working days after receiving your payment. While we make every effort to meet these deadlines, they are only indicative. Any liability for damage resulting directly or indirectly from delay or non-delivery is expressly excluded.

Goods travel at the recipient's risk who must claim from the carrier in case of loss, leakage, damage, etc. occurring during transport. Missing goods must be immediately noted by the carrier.

Complaints:
Any complaint regarding product quality must reach us within eight days following receipt of the goods. After this period, it can no longer be considered.
