Nose: Talisker 11 Year Old SR 2022 20cl reveals saline and peaty notes, followed by scents of black pepper and dried fruit. Feel: On the palate, this single malt reveals smoky, spicy flavors, accompanied by notes of vanilla and dark chocolate. Finish: The finish is long and warm, leaving a sensation of gentle, lingering warmth on the palate.
Nose: Sweet and dry. Slightly maritime, sea breeze, oyster shells, earthy and mineral with sphagnum moss. A little water develops the maritime notes and calms the spices.
Mouth: Unctuous, with a creamy texture, powerful, sweet at the start and salty in the middle, mineral and an abundance of peppery spices. A fruity touch of apple and pear.
Finish: Long with lots of spice, Sichuan pepper that intensifies with a little water.
