Nose: Smoky, smokehouse charcuterie notes, ripe and stewed fruit, Seville orange, cooked wine.

Mouth: Strong Sherry attack, smoky and spicy (sweet spices). Slight salinity, creamy caramel note. Truly gourmet.

Finish: Medium to long, elegant with notes of spice and caramel.

The distillery is located on the shores of Loch Sunart in the rather wild north of the Isle of Mull. It is owned by independent house Adelphi and was built in July 2014. Their distillate is made up of both peated and unpeated whisky, which find their way into the final blend. Oloroso and PX casks are used to age this version.
