Nose – A sweet and inviting introduction to this dram, we have notes of fruit salad candy, raspberry ripple, dried mango, frosting and dark chocolate.

Palate – The complexity builds in the palate, with notes of smoked cayenne pepper, crushed chillies, toffee and charred steak.

Finish – Gentle peat smoke emerges in the finish, along with notes of pink grapefruit, cocoa powder, glazed cherries and salted pretzels.

Nose: Intricate layers to explore, from mouth-watering vanilla caramel, red berries, and marzipan, to hints of dried fruit.

Mouth: A carnival of ripe pears, lemon juice, cinnamon, toasted almonds and peaches in syrup, as smoke levels crescendo.

Finish: Resolves with clear intent, offering a pleasingly long and spicy finale.

Nose: Sweet and clean, honeyed, fruity, caramel tart and tart apricots. Slight minty freshness followed by smoky notes.

Mouth: Honeyed, sweet, rich with a lovely texture. Spicy with gingerbread, mint chocolate and sweet smoke.

Finish: Persistent, smooth, malty. sweet.

Nose : Approachable and rich. First polished wood and nuts (toasted hazelnut) dominate, then stewed fruits (baked apples), dried fruits (sweet dates), and soft brown sugar take over. Mossy too, after a while.

Palate : Sweetness and crunchy nuts impress at first, then there’s a smooth, fruity Speyside richness to enjoy. Firm, with a balancing sweetness. Brown sugar and espresso coffee. Warming and pleasant.

Finish : Medium to long, elegantly drying and crisp, completed by a pleasant, sweetly nutty chew-ability.

Nose: Sweet sherry, aromas of heather honey and apple blossom.

Mouth: Soft and creamy, notes of oak, vanilla, autumn fruits (dried apple, gooseberries), maple syrup.

Finish: Persistent, with notes of honey.
