Nose: Richly honeyed and supported by spices. After a moment in the glass, vanilla and raisin emerge, followed by notes of toasted oak.

Mouth: Sweet, honeyed, apricot, melon, honeysuckle.

N: Cherry, wild blackberry, dark chocolate mint, orange bitters and walnut liqueur.



B: Incredible concentration of aromas, caramel and orange chocolate. Very sweet with notes of chocolate coffee and molasses syrup.

Nose: Elegant, very light peat, malty, fruity, a hint of honey.

Mouth: Round and complex, almost stewed ripe apples, honey, sweet spices and more peat smoke than on the nose. Vanilla and honey complete the picture. A hint of saltiness.

Finish: Long, smooth and creamy.
