Finish: The finish is long and warm, marked by notes of oak, caramel and dried fruit.

We have the pleasure in presenting both the finished whisky and the final sherry in this limited edition of Whisky Meets Sherry. This whisky has drawn incredible influences and as a result showcases a range of dried and exotic fruits with cocoa and nutty notes. It is silky smooth and slightly drying in the finish.

Mouth: Peat, iodine, tar, cocoa, full-bodied, sweet.

Finish:Intense, long and smoky, full-bodied and long.

Nose: Floral, malted barley, pepper and nutmeg, followed by ripe stone fruit and vanilla cream.

Mouth: Oily, vanilla cream, citrus and tropical fruit, juicy peach and a little peppery nutmeg combined with sweet malt, hot porridge and popcorn.

Finish: Sweet, stone fruit, creamy vanilla pudding with a hint of coconut and floral notes.

Mouth: Dry, medium-bodied and sweet, rich in honey, slightly salty with a slight spicy note.

Finish: Sweet and long-lasting.

Nose: Caramel and baked pears with a hint of leather.

Mouth: A lovely balance of apricots, spicy oak and vanilla custard.

Finish: Long and warm with a lovely accord of spice and raisins.

Nose: Hazelnut and smoke, accompanied by malty sweetness and ripe fruit. Then come apricots in syrup, ripe pear, malted vanilla reminiscent of cracked barley, crème brûlée and sweet honey. The smoky peat note is discreet but nevertheless quite present. This evokes shoe polish and leather and earth.

Mouth: Soft and mellow, comes the heavily roasted malt reminiscent of smoked muesli with fruit and honey. Then come smoked apricot jam, crushed barley, peat, burnt heather, citrus and redcurrant. With a drop of water, its smoke and elegant minerality become stronger, offering a magnificent counterbalance to its sweetness.



Finish: Sweet with earthy flavors, followed by a smoky, spicy and herbal note.
