Mouth: Baking spices, brandied cherries, caramel sauce, Black Forest cake, mocha and toasted honeycomb.

Billy Walker spends a lot of time in the warehouse sampling barrels. With over 40,000 units on site, it's not a job for the faint of heart. However, it's certainly a good opportunity to taste the results of his efforts. After tasting this vast array of casks, Billy was keen to present GlenAllachie bottled to its natural strength.
