This original Heaven Hill product is named after the famous Bernheim distillery. Since Prohibition, Bernheim Wheat Whiskey has been the first true wheat whiskey. Heaven Hill distillery's aim was to create a new flavor profile in addition to their corn, rye and Bourbon whiskey range. And since the introduction of this new category of American whisky, Bernheim has remained the only true wheat whisky in the U.S.
Bernheim is composed as follows: 51% Wheat, 37% Corn, 12% Malted Barley.
