Each of the whiskies in the Heritage Collection presents the fundamental intent of the Westland house style that emerged in those early days: balanced, forward-thinking whisky that honors tradition but also takes it forward in new ways. All are made from 100% malted barley, fermented with a unique Belgian saison ale yeast and aged in a variety of cask types, leading to new, distinctly American flavor profiles. From this starting point, each expression offers a variation on a house style that departs in its own way from the expected conventions of single malt whisky.
