Mouth: Full-bodied with a lovely texture, herbaceous then the powerful peat washes over you, salinity, roasted notes, vanilla and fruit.

Finish: Incredibly long with lots of substance and fruit, peat and oak.

Nose: Sweet and fruity, notes of peach, pineapple, vanilla with subtle hints of smoke.

Mouth: Flavors of peach, pear, butterscotch and vanilla that combine with a light note of smoke.

Finish: Long and smoky.

Palate : Full bodied, plenty of complex mouth feel. Oak forward with dark red berries and creamy vanilla. A little ginger, sweet spice and aniseed.

Nose: Great complexity with notes of oats and peat. Fruit (melon, peach and lemon), lovely woody notes with nutmeg and cinnamon.

Mouth: Notes of citrus, ripe sweet fruit (apricot and melon), salt, iodine and smoke. A little caramel and tobacco.

Finish: Elegant on fruit, oak with a hint of barbecue smoke.

Nose: Sweet cinnamon and maple. A seductive attack, followed by notes of cocoa powder, cranberry and blackcurrant.

Palate: On the palate, red fruit notes dominate, accompanied by subtle hints of strawberry chewing gum, caramel pudding and blackberries.

Finish: The finish reveals a hint of hazelnut and nutty aromas.
