This bottling is dedicated to the Swiss physician, naturalist, humanist, polyhistorian and encyclopedist Conrad Gessner (1516-1565). In his book 'The History of Four Foot Beats and Serpents', Gessner described and drew the mythical animal Seawolf on page 580. The distillery's current logo is taken from Conrad Gessner's notes. Mouth: An explosion of tropical fruit, oak and caramel notes with a light spicy touch.
Finish: The finish is long and warm, leaving soft, woody notes on the palate.

Nose: Sweet with vanilla and a mix of citrus, oak and underlying smoke.

Mouth: Notes of cracked black pepper are followed by flavors of citrus, toasted cereal, fresh garden mint and oak.

Finish: Lingering notes of smoke.

Nose: Kilkerran 8 Year Old Bourbon 2025 offers intense aromas of vanilla, caramel and ripe fruit, with a subtle hint of smoke.
Feel: On the palate, this single malt reveals rich notes of oak, honey, pepper and dried fruit, offering a velvety, balanced texture.
Finish: The finish is long and warm, marked by nuances of candied fruit, nuts and sweet spices, leaving a pleasant mouthfeel.

Nose: Citrus, tropical fruit and malty sweetness. Floral notes (rose and violet), fresh vanilla beans, candied orange and creamy fudge.

Mouth: Malted barley underscored by popcorn, brown sugar and warm porridge. Bere barley offers a smooth texture with sweet aromas of apricot, peach, melon and candied orange.

Finish: Milk chocolate, crushed barley and crème brûlée with a hint of mango, orange blossom and sweet honey.

DEFFINITIVE TERMINATION

Nose: Rich and greedy, baked apples, yellow-fleshed fruit, a hint of orange.

Mouth: Brioche, spices, hints of ginger and chocolate, a touch of smoke.

Nose: Full, dry and very aromatic with notes of heather and light smoke.

Mouth: Persistent sweet flavors, heather honey, vanilla, citrus and hints of malted bread.

Finish: Long and intense that gives way to smoke, peat and malt.
