Nose: Fruity with notes of sweet spices, toffee and a hint of saltiness.

Mouth: Round and soft. Toffee, stewed fruit, sweet and spicy at the same time.

Finish: Soft, saline and pleasant.

Nose: clean and slightly smoky with a wonderful sweetness.

Mouth: full-bodied and rich. Peaty with sweet, toasted malt and a hint of heather. Sherry replaces the usual spiciness with a lovely sweetness.

Finish: Notes of cocoa, vanilla and very earthy peat. A fine example of balance between sweetness and dryness.

NOSE: Caramelised custard tart, freshly roasted coffee with notes of candied ginger.

PALATE: Honey roasted figs, cloves and sticky toffee pudding with a suggestive smokiness evocative of barbecued bananas.

 

FINISH: Lingering finish with a savoury undertone held together by a smoky and earthy influence.

Nose: Very distinctively oily, with touches of extra virgin olive oil, sweet briar wood, aromatic herbs (coriander & sage) and a suggestion of smoked lemon peel. A splash of water releases more oiliness, like linseed oil, a gentle waxiness, and a burst of perfumed, aromatic carbolic soap, and finally, a whiff of crème brulee.
Mouth: A soft, oily, mouthcoating texture leads into a rich, sweet, smoky palate, with hints of oak moss, treacle, aniseed lozenges and a lovely, sweet, woody/balsamic flavour. This is then followed by smoked apricots and eucalyptus oil.
Finish: Finally comes a lingering, sweet/smoky aftertaste, with a touch of cumin, cardamon and the merest hint of coconut.

Nose: Peaty at first, then comes the sweetness of exotic fruits (banana and pineapple), note of bacon.

Mouth: Smoky and briny, it develops on oily and medicinal notes followed by honey and citrus.

Finish: Smooth on smoke and fruits.
