Nose: Charcoal, chocolate and spice. Deep smouldering charred peat notes layered with a wash of maritime brine. Sweet and citrusy; vanilla, lemon zest and butterscotch. A hint of cinnamon spice, plums and dates draws you in and invites you to take a sip.

Palate: A roar of intense peaty characters which tingle and warms the palette, intermingled with notes of roasted cocoa beans and bitter dark chocolate. As the rich phenolic characters subside, a tangy fruitiness comes to the fore with the introduction of blackberry, plum, and gooseberry notes with indulgent characters of a crème brûlée.

Finish: Long-lasting and drying, with elongated notes of iodine, leather and sooty chimney smoke

Nose: Nc' Nean SH 11 reveals rich, complex aromas of peat, dried fruit and honey, typical of Highland whiskies. Palate: On the palate, this single malt is balanced, with notes of malt, vanilla, pepper and red fruit, offering a silky texture and a long finish. Finish: The finish of Nc' Nean SH 11 is warm and persistent, leaving notes of oak, smoke and ripe fruit on the palate, for an intense, flavorful taste experience.

Nose: Shortbread, baked apples and seductive scents of Islay peat smoke.

Mouth: Vanilla pudding, ginger, lemon zest and baked apples with typical peat smoke again.

Finish: Very beautiful, long, elegant and smoky.

Nose: delicate peat smoke, lighter floral notes, honey and caramel. Mouth: Velvety and round, with peat smoke balancing citrus, woody vanilla and floral honey flavors. Finish: Slightly smoky, with smooth, persistent vanilla.

Nose: Marzipan, honeycomb and smoked molasses tart, with crystalised muscovado sugar, rich chocolate and brandied plum.

Mouth: Raisins, caramelised brown sugar and brandied honeycomb, followed by smoked molasses, plum syrup and rich mocha.

Nose: Herbaceous, sweet and fragrant. Subtle notes of smoke, lemon, linseed oil and candied walnuts follow. A little water and the perfume intensifies, releasing heather honey, a touch of creosote and a tiny trace of tent cloth.

Mouth: Beautiful sparkling texture with real effervescence on the tongue. Initially intensely sweet, it evolves towards anise, caramel, cookies, peppermint, menthol, tar and coffee.

Finish: On soot and tar with a taste of cough drops, bitter oranges and fine tannins.
