Nose: Sherry, creamy caramel with a hint of toffee, notes of candied Seville oranges and freshly cut oak.

Taste: Delicious notes of honey, spicy wood and citrus.

Finish: On Sherry and oak, smoothness and complexity.

Nose: Sweet and clean, honeyed, fruity, caramel tart and tart apricots. Slight minty freshness followed by smoky notes.

Mouth: Honeyed, sweet, rich with a lovely texture. Spicy with gingerbread, mint chocolate and sweet smoke.

Finish: Persistent, smooth, malty. sweet.

Nose: A bright and vibrant start to this dram, there are notes of green apples, gorse bush, wine gums, and a mineral note.

Palate: The palate is well balanced with a touch of peat smoke, and sweet notes of icing sugar and white chocolate. Notes of tomato plant, sunflower seeds and linseed oil develop.

Finish: The finish brings notes of honey and gooseberries.

Mouth: Silky and fluid with an intense taste of sweet butterscotch, a spicy-dry and woody intensity. The addition of water softens the honeyed sweetness of the creamy, smooth Swiss milk chocolate, with just a hint of salt in the mid-palate. The mild spices now keep the sweetness in check.

Finish: Short and rather intense, with spicy chili pepper notes.

Nose: Floral, banana, pineapple and a slight herbaceous note.
