Nose: Spicy and dry, toffee apples, honeycomb, linseed oil and fragrant tea.

Mouth: Sweet at first, then dries out. Malted notes and oats, then fresh fruit salad, spices and flowers.

Finish: Delicate pear and cookie and aniseed notes.

Nose: Exuberant, intense Sherry with notes of dried and stewed fruit, cinnamon and sweet spices.

Mouth: Beautiful structure, round and powerful. As on the nose, fruit and cinnamon are present.

Finish: Long on sweet spices and elegant wood.

Nose: Powerful and incredibly aromatic, notes of chocolate, blackcurrant, heavy notes of leather, bacon. More delicate floral aromas of violet and lavender.

Mouth: oily on the palate, releasing peppery, Espresso and dark fruit aromas (blackcurrant, blackberry, cherry, plum). A hint of aniseed punctuates.

Finish: Long and persistent. Aromas of hot sauce, coffee and black cherries.

Nose: Notes of molasses, caramel, leather and dunnage warehouses.

Mouth: Notes of marshmallow and cotton candy, with a syrupy mouthfeel and subtle mineral note. The earthy tone of the nose persists.

Finish: Persistent with notes of cocoa and mint.

Nose: Cereal-rich, citric and floral.

Mouth: Gourmet, sweet with citrus, peach, various spices, thyme.

Finish: Pleasant, herbaceous finish with almonds and burnt sugar.

Nose: Smooth and soft. Orange cream cake, a hint of vanilla, light slivered almond note and a slight green note. A drop of water enhances the waxy note.

Mouth: Creamy, sweet, note of Seville orange peel before drying out, a little peppery spiciness. A drop of water softens the taste and reduces acidity, but does not alter the overall profile.

Finish: Long, warm and spicy.

Nose: Smoky peat and sweet vanilla aromas. Notes of soft toffee and gooseberry

Palate : Flavours of spicy cinnamon and freshly baked apple tart

Finish : Full-bodied fruitiness alongside herbal notes of fresh mint and peaty notes brings the whisky to a finish

NOSE: Caramelised custard tart, freshly roasted coffee with notes of candied ginger.

PALATE: Honey roasted figs, cloves and sticky toffee pudding with a suggestive smokiness evocative of barbecued bananas.

 

FINISH: Lingering finish with a savoury undertone held together by a smoky and earthy influence.
