Nose: Rich and sweet with notes of stewed red apples, orange marmalade, honey, cinnamon and raisins.

Mouth: Incredibly complex, soft and fruity. Poached pears, butterscotch, sweet spices.

Finish: Round with a touch of vanilla.

Nose : Approachable and rich. First polished wood and nuts (toasted hazelnut) dominate, then stewed fruits (baked apples), dried fruits (sweet dates), and soft brown sugar take over. Mossy too, after a while.

Palate : Sweetness and crunchy nuts impress at first, then there’s a smooth, fruity Speyside richness to enjoy. Firm, with a balancing sweetness. Brown sugar and espresso coffee. Warming and pleasant.

Finish : Medium to long, elegantly drying and crisp, completed by a pleasant, sweetly nutty chew-ability.

Nose: Sweet and rich, with fruity aromas suggesting baked apple, pear and peach. These are soon joined by a rich caramel note, reminiscent of sweet butterscotch. All these aromas are mellow, round and mouth-watering.


Mouth: Firm and full-bodied, richly fruity from the start, the powerful, fresh taste soon becomes deliciously sweet and salty, with a hint of salt amid the spicy intensity.


Finish: Quite long, it finishes smoothly, dry, slightly spicy and slightly refreshing.

Nose: Floral, citrus, apple, honeydew melon, caramel and oak.

Mouth: Honey, vanilla, apricot marmalade, malt and spices.

Finish: Long, malty, honey, apple and sweet spices.

Nose: Creamy and buttery with ripe fruit, a hint of iodized sea air and subtle peat smoke.

Taste: Notes of butterscotch and flowers combine with tropical and candied fruit with integrated peat smoke that flows throughout.

Finish: Smooth, balanced by clean, lingering smoke and a rich texture.

Nose: Cherry, wild blackberry, dark chocolate mint, orange bitters and walnut liqueur.

Mouth: Incredible concentration of aromas, caramel and orange chocolate. Very sweet with notes of chocolate coffee and molasses syrup.

Finish: long and enveloping with honey and dark chocolate.

Nose: Dark chocolate and raisin aromas complement classic Bowmore smoke.


Mouth: Cedar wood and rich molasses caramel flavors.

Finish: Spicy, English toffee, sherry and barley.

Nose: Notes of subtly spiced cereals, mango, papaya and pea pods. Traces of hard toffee and light oak chips. A drop of water reveals notes of cinnamon brioche and salted caramel.

Mouth: Silky and fluid with an intense taste of sweet butterscotch, a spicy-dry and woody intensity. The addition of water softens the honeyed sweetness of the creamy, smooth Swiss milk chocolate, with just a hint of salt in the mid-palate. The mild spices now keep the sweetness in check.

Finish: Short and rather intense, with spicy chili pepper notes.
