Due to the fermentation and distillation of pure sugarcane juice, called Vesou, this Rhum Agricole had an alcoholic volume of 70 ° at the end of the distillation process. The distillate was then stored in roasted bourbon barrels for a period of 8 years.
Nose: Wray & Nephew white rum gives off intense aromas of sugarcane and tropical fruit. Mouth: On the palate, there are notes of vanilla, banana and pepper, with a warm mouthfeel. Finish: The finish is long and spicy, leaving a lingering imprint of sugarcane and exotic fruit.
Nose: Woody notes (mushroom, dry wood) intermingle with notes of torrefaction (toasted wood) associated with barrel burning.
Mouth: Tannins and wood dominate, with notes of burnt dry wood enveloping the entire palate. Notes of nutmeg and fruit under brandy. These notes continue on the palate for remarkable length.
