La Mauny VSOP is a unique blend of different Agricole rums, all aged for over 4 years in the tropical heat of the estate's cellars and averaging 6 years of age.
Nose: Licorice, orange zest, coconut, papaya, eucalyptus and a touch of mint, a hint of sweet-and-sour balsamic reduction, black tea and Christmas spices.
Taste: Oily notes of eucalyptus, mint, yellow citrus notes, bitterness of licorice and balsamic vinegar.
Finish: Long with notes of mocha and orange dark chocolate.
Nose: Full, round woody notes due to the contact time of the rum with the selected oak casks.
Mouth: Notes of undergrowth and roasting (coffee, toast) are accompanied by more pronounced spices such as nutmeg, gradually giving way to sweeter notes of cinnamon and prunes.
Nose: Wray & Nephew white rum gives off intense aromas of sugarcane and tropical fruit. Mouth: On the palate, there are notes of vanilla, banana and pepper, with a warm mouthfeel. Finish: The finish is long and spicy, leaving a lingering imprint of sugarcane and exotic fruit.
