This is a Bowmore distilled in 2003 that was aged in sherry wood refill for around 15 years before spending some time out of wood and then being put back into sherry butt refill to mature further. The result is a 2003 that is technically 18 years old. This magnificent example of the brand is fruitier than our 17-year-old bottling, which has a more pronounced sherry profile.
