Nose: Seductive aromas of ripe fruit, honey and beeswax emerge delicately.
Palate: The palate is rich and intense, with notes of juicy pears, creamy vanilla and sweet spices.
Finish: The finish is long and warm, leaving a soft sensation of stewed fruit and toasted cereal on the palate.

Nose: Fresh, pineapple juice, green apples, citrus.

Mouth: Earthy, almond flakes, blueberry muffin.

Finish: White grapes, good bourbon cask-style whisky.

Nose: Pungent peat smoke. Phenolic with a little coastal breeze.

Mouth: Beautiful soft peat, a little iodine and sea salt, hints of vanilla and a little spice.

Finish: Length with big waves of smoke. Fantastic.

Nose: Smooth and soft. Orange cream cake, a hint of vanilla, light slivered almond note and a slight green note. A drop of water enhances the waxy note.

Mouth: Creamy, sweet, note of Seville orange peel before drying out, a little peppery spiciness. A drop of water softens the taste and reduces acidity, but does not alter the overall profile.

Finish: Long, warm and spicy.

Nose: Clove, pipe tobacco, cumin, leather.

Mouth: Black tea, cumin, fresh honey.

Finish: Medium and spicy.

nose : Blooming heather and distant bonfire smoke. Soft notes of barley sugar and freshly baked bread are brightened with hints of lemon zest and green apple peel, underpinned by delicate florals. Peat smoke is present but restrained.

palate : A symphony of honeyed malt, toasted grain and a distinctive earthiness greet the palate. Orchard fruits, citrus and a touch of vanilla sweetness follow, whilst delicate threads of smoke and salinity weave through the malt, providing a gentle counterpoint to heather and coconutty gorse.

finish : A medium-length finish of sweet barley, accompanied by subtle floral notes, which give way to the gentle smokiness of a beach bonfire. Citrus and a touch of minerality linger on.

Nose: Sweet, citrus, ginger, apricots, fruit salad.

Mouth: Complex, ripe fruit, caramel and wood notes, well balanced.

Finish: Powerful but a little dry.

Nose: Sweet and delicate, a little spicy and deeply exotic. Viney, suggesting white grapes and Manzanilla sherry, then becomes lush, floral and fruity. A hint of vanilla caramel gradually appears. A drop of water lifts the citrus notes and adds hints of sweet caramel.

Mouth: The texture is soft and creamy, the taste is slightly sweet and fruity. It then becomes more lively, with acidity and spicy, peppery, drying tannins. A drop of water initially brings out the fruitiness without diminishing the spice.

Finish: Medium to long, finishing on a dry, tongue-tingling, warmly spicy note with fruity acidity and a pinch of white pepper.
