The Macallan Harmony Amber Meadow collection is the third limited edition in an innovative series released each year. Amber Meadow was created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney to celebrate the lush, fertile lands of Scotland.
The Whisky Mastery team also drew inspiration from Scotland's natural meadows to create a single malt aged in sherry and bourbon oak casks, strongly reminiscent of warm meadows and ripe barley fields with a rich lemon-scented finish.
Nose: Intense notes of peat smoke mingle with salty marine aromas. Mouth: The palate reveals flavors of peat, black pepper and dried fruit. Finish: The finish is long and persistent, leaving a smoky, spicy sweetness on the palate.
Nose: Glenburgie G&M DistillersLab.04 reveals subtle aromas of red fruits, vanilla and toffee, as well as delicate floral notes. Feel: On the palate, this single malt offers a creamy texture and flavors of ripe fruit, honey and toasted oak, with a light touch of spice. Finish: The finish is long and smooth, leaving lingering toffee and woody notes on the palate.

Nose: Knockando 18 Year Old Slow Matured whisky offers subtle aromas of nuts, vanilla and honey, with a touch of pear and sweet spices. Feel: On the palate, this single malt from the Speyside region reveals notes of toffee, fresh fruit and oak, with a velvety texture and a slight hint of cinnamon. Finish: The finish is long and smooth, with lingering notes of honey, ripe fruit and a slight hint of hazelnut.
Nose: Teacher's whisky offers aromas of honey, cereal and sweet fruit, with a hint of smoke. Mouth: On the palate, there are notes of vanilla, caramel, black pepper and dried fruit, for a richly flavored experience. Finish: The finish is soft and warm, with lingering notes of fruit and spice. A well-balanced, enjoyable whisky.
Nose: Six Isles n.a. whisky reveals peaty, marine aromas typical of Scotland's Islay region. Feel: On the palate, this blended malt reveals notes of smoke, salt and spice, characteristic of Islay whiskies. Finish: The finish of Six Isles n.a. is long and persistent, leaving peaty, saline flavors on the palate.
Nose: Sweet and delicate, a little spicy and deeply exotic. Viney, suggesting white grapes and Manzanilla sherry, then becomes lush, floral and fruity. A hint of vanilla caramel gradually appears. A drop of water lifts the citrus notes and adds hints of sweet caramel.
Mouth: The texture is soft and creamy, the taste is slightly sweet and fruity. It then becomes more lively, with acidity and spicy, peppery, drying tannins. A drop of water initially brings out the fruitiness without diminishing the spice.
Finish: Medium to long, finishing on a dry, tongue-tingling, warmly spicy note with fruity acidity and a pinch of white pepper.
