Having selected and vatted casks from same six years in both type of casks, Tomatin Distillery manager Graham Eunson, has created two incredible whiskies and an exceptional tasting experience.

Nose: Cereal and hay, malty and sweet. Fragrance recalls crème brûlée, coconut, butter scotch and vanilla.

Mouth: Creamy texture, peppery spices combined with floral heather honey flavors. Warm scones, dried straw and notes reminiscent of fresh vanilla, marzipan and coconut.

Finish: Woody, malty with almonds and butter scotch.

Nose: Demerara sugar, dark chocolate, Christmas cake, almonds, butterscotch, oak.

Mouth: Creamy, raisins, dark chocolate, figs, marzipan, Brazil nuts and vanilla.

Finish: Resilient oak and sherry notes mingle with hints of leather.
