Nose: Exuberant, intense Sherry with notes of dried and stewed fruit, cinnamon and sweet spices.

Mouth: Beautiful structure, round and powerful. As on the nose, fruit and cinnamon are present.

Finish: Long on sweet spices and elegant wood.

Palate: A wonderful balance of Speyside fruit and oak spice. Sweet cinnamon sugar, vanilla custard, and melting banana toffee, layered with earthy nuts and a distinct caramelised warmth from the toasting.

Finish: Long, warm, and slightly dry, featuring lingering oak spice, fennel, and subtle hints of menthol and tobacco.

This whisky has drawn incredible influences and as a result showcases a range of dried and exotic fruits with cocoa and nutty notes. It is silky smooth and slightly drying in the finish.
