The first thing the tasting panel noticed about this whisky was the fresh, fruity nose that immediately caught our attention, and it will do the same for you too. The palate develops an earthy note and also features sweeter notes, such as almond and blueberry. Light fruity notes accompany the finish of this good bourbon cask-style whisky.

Nose: Overall dry, vinous impression supported by spicy, woody notes. Seductive aromas of tart red berries, vanilla, a hint of wax. A little water softens the nose and relaxes the aroma, without much alteration.
Mouth: Ultra-unctuous, gourmet texture. Barley sugar, pinch of salt, suggestions of currant and crunchy grape. At reduced strength, it's not as tart, but still spicy; the sweetness is enhanced but the mouth-watering spicy heat remains.
Finish: Long and dry with pepper and mild spice. With milder water, now with a trace of fondant in the aftertaste.
Nose: This whisky reveals malty, smoky notes, as well as hints of dried fruit and vanilla. Mouth: On the palate, there are flavors of caramel, toasted cereal and candied fruit, with a hint of pepper. Finish: The finish is long and warm, leaving a sensation of smoke and sweet fruit on the palate.
