Finish: Notes of leather, salted caramel and a refreshing menthol sensation.
Nose: An Cnoc Peatheart reveals smoky, peaty notes, with hints of citrus and vanilla. Feel: On the palate, this whisky reveals complex flavors of peat, dried fruit and caramel, complemented by spicy and floral notes. Finish: The finish is long and warm, leaving a soft, smoky mouthfeel.
Nose: Viney, nutty, astringent and austere. Notes of old bookstore, cocoa and black coffee. A light touch of pine and 'old sherry'-style resin.
Mouth: Nutty notes, dominated by Oloroso. There's a hint of bitterness, like that of a hopped beer. Malty but very fresh despite the sherry.
