In the western part of the Isle of Arran lies a peat field known as Machrie Moor. This is where, according to legend, the giant Fingal tied his favorite dog, Bran, to a raised stone. Aged entirely in 1st fill Bourbon casks for 10 years and bottled without chill filtration or added coloring, this limited Arran peated single malt displays all the freshness of the island house style, with an extra whiff of smoke and earth, offering a warm whisky with a peat level of 20 ppm.
