Nose: Peaty, salty notes emerge, followed by hints of ripe fruit and vanilla. Feel: On the palate, this whisky reveals itself to be powerful with aromas of smoke and dried fruit, accompanied by a touch of honey and pepper. Finish: The finish is long and warm, leaving lingering notes of peat, salt and dark chocolate on the palate.
A rich, smooth and creamy single malt whisky whose dark aromas incorporate Benrinnes' fresh green estery characteristics, typical of Speyside. This pleasantly textured single malt is rich and lush, with meaty, flavorful characteristics.
Nose: Sweet and dry. Slightly maritime, sea breeze, oyster shells, earthy and mineral with sphagnum moss. A little water develops the maritime notes and calms the spices.
Mouth: Unctuous, with a creamy texture, powerful, sweet at the start and salty in the middle, mineral and an abundance of peppery spices. A fruity touch of apple and pear.
Finish: Long with lots of spice, Sichuan pepper that intensifies with a little water.
Nose:Deliciously malty, butterscotch candy followed by citrus and woody vanilla aromas, layered with spicy woody notes of ginger and cinnamon. Mouth:Candied orange and lemon zest, vanilla and butterscotch, flower honey, melted brown sugar and woody spices. Finish:Rich and malty, with sweet aromas of woody vanilla and subtle spices.
Nose: Full, round woody notes due to the contact time of the rum with the selected oak casks.
Mouth: Notes of undergrowth and roasting (coffee, toast) are accompanied by more pronounced spices such as nutmeg, gradually giving way to sweeter notes of cinnamon and prunes.
