Nose: Smoky caramel, malt sugar, sweet honey and fresh citrus notes.

Mouth: Round and velvety, butter scotch, vanilla cream and lightly toasted oak, highlighted by wisps of dry smoke.

Finish: Caramelized sugar, coconut, sea spray and the earthy smoke so characteristic of Octomore.

Nose: Marzipan, honeycomb and smoked molasses tart, with crystalised muscovado sugar, rich chocolate and brandied plum.

Mouth: Raisins, caramelised brown sugar and brandied honeycomb, followed by smoked molasses, plum syrup and rich mocha.

Nose: Fruity, pear and sweet caramel. Slight notes of freshly cut hay.

Mouth: Intensive bitter orange and citrus notes, peach and apricot. The fruity character gives way to creamy, vanilla caramel.




Finish: Medium and peppery.

Mouth: Unctuous, with a creamy texture, powerful, sweet at the start and salty in the middle, mineral and an abundance of peppery spices. A fruity touch of apple and pear.

Finish: Long with lots of spice, Sichuan pepper that intensifies with a little water.

Nose: Baking spices, burnt honey and espresso, with hazelnuts, smoked almonds and butterscotch.

Mouth: Sweet peat, rich chocolate and heather honey, with cinnamon, ginger and oak-smoked sugar.

Nose: Dark chocolate and raisin aromas complement classic Bowmore smoke.

finish : A long, sweet and smoky finish, with a crisp maritime freshness and lingering wood spices.
