This complex single malt has been shaped by seven oak woods: first American white oak ex-bourbon, Vosges, Bertranges, Jupilles, Allier, Tronçais & Limousin barrels.
Nose: Elegant, very light peat, malty, fruity, a hint of honey.
Mouth: Round and complex, almost stewed ripe apples, honey, sweet spices and more peat smoke than on the nose. Vanilla and honey complete the picture. A hint of saltiness.
Nose: Blair Athol CDN 14 Year Old offers aromas of ripe fruit, honey and sweet spices, with a hint of vanilla in the background.
Palate: On the palate, this Highland single malt reveals notes of caramel, walnut and black pepper, balanced by hints of oak and dried fruit.
Finish: The finish is long and warm, leaving lingering notes of candied fruit and toasted oak.
Nose: Beautiful aromatic fusion of coffee, ginger spice and a hint of milk chocolate.
Mouth: Caramelized peach, licorice and candied orange with a hint of sea spray and smoke.
