Sister Spirit stills enhance and refine the wonderful flavors captured during the long fermentation period, thanks to extra contact with copper. Matured in a selection of Bourbon casks, wine barrels and Sherry casks.

We have the pleasure in presenting both the finished whisky and the final sherry in this limited edition of Whisky Meets Sherry. This whisky has drawn incredible influences and as a result showcases a range of dried and exotic fruits with cocoa and nutty notes. It is silky smooth and slightly drying in the finish.

Nose: Citrus notes, lemon meringue pie and lime juice. Followed by honey, vanilla and a hint of peat.

Mouth: Sweet with notes of honeydew melon, Danish pastry and cookies. Rye bread and a saline influence.
