Nose: Edradour 12 yo Caledonia whisky reveals subtle aromas of dried fruit, honey and vanilla, with a hint of smoky oak.
Feel: On the palate, this Scottish single malt offers rich flavors of candied fruit, caramel and sweet spices, balanced by woody notes and a slight hint of peat.
Finish: The finish is long and warm, leaving lingering notes of ripe fruit and honey on the palate, with a subtle sherry cask influence.

Nose: Sweet with notes of milk chocolate and lemon, smoked tea, maritime aromas, soot. With water, becomes extremely fruity with a trace of red fruit jam and its smoky side coming through strongly.

Taste: Light and full-bodied texture at once, smoky then dry. Minty dark chocolate, salty. Water rounds things out and makes the taste even more powerful and succulent and sweet and spicy.

Finish: Beautiful, clean, very long with mentholated smoke.

Nose: Creamy with orange, ginger, caramelized raisins and honey.

Mouth: Dark chocolate and crushed almonds with a hint of cinnamon and orange.

Finish: Exotic with sweet mango, panna cotta and lemon.

Mouth: Dark chocolate, smoky honey and mocha, with figs, molasses, burnt sugar and whiffs of peaty smoke.

Nose: Toffee and molasses mingle with black honey and charcoal-smoked barley.

Mouth: Burnt orange, molasses, cloves and smoked bramble.

Finish: Long on licorice and black fruits.

Nose: Burnt honey, barley sugar candies, very rich and intriguing. Maraschino cherries burning on a campfire, or red apple peel alongside rich cigar smoke.

Mouth: Malty, rich with an intensity of dark red berries. Genuine notes of cherry and cranberry with a touch of spice.

Finish: More spice, but with a salty sea note right at the end… truly refreshing.
