Named after the famous second-generation Master Distiller, Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy represents a selection of pot still whiskies that have been aged exclusively in American bourbon casks. Single Pot Still whisky is unique to Ireland in general and to Midleton, Co. Cork, in particular, and is considered the quintessential style of Irish whisky. Made from malted and unmalted barley mashed potato, then triple distilled in traditional copper stills, Pot Still whiskies are characterized by full, complex flavors and a wonderful creamy mouthfeel.
