Yellow Spot 12 year old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is proudly produced exclusively for Mitchell & Son Wine Merchants, Dublin, where the brand was born. This whiskey contains single pot still components aged in ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and ex-malaga wine casks. This maturation gives this whiskey more complexity than its little brother Green Spot, but allows the more complex aspects of the Single Pot Still spirit to be explored in greater depth.

Nose: Delicate citrus, green apple, spicy and malty notes with a touch of burnt wood and vanilla.

Mouth: Fresh fruit, light spicy note, toasted wood, sweet vanilla, slightly buttery.

Finish: Medium with a hint of marzipan and vanilla.
