Nose: Subtle lemon and honey, wonderfully balanced with typical Bowmore peat smoke.

Mouth: Warm and delicious with subtle chocolate and toffee flavors, soft peat smoke leading to a delicious, long and mellow finish.

Nose: Talisker 18 Year Old gives off intense aromas of peat smoke, black pepper and citrus, with hints of sea salt and caramel.

Feel: On the palate, this Scottish single malt reveals complex flavors of dried fruit, dark chocolate, pepper and honey, with a rich, creamy texture.

Finish: The finish of Talisker 18 Year Old is long and warm, leaving lingering notes of smoke, pepper and dried fruit on the palate.

Nose: Peaty smoke, underlined by notes of orange peel, tangy fruit and a hint of ember. A hint of vanilla sweetness and some freshly sawn oak spices.

Mouth: Peaty with a stronger toasted note, some pepper, light balsamic acidity, sweet spices. Cedar and leather with nice complexity thanks to the sherry casks.

Finish: Harmonious. The sherry influence is clearly present, as are the sweet spices.

Nose: Floral with honey, Parma violet, ripe peach and heather embers.

Mouth: Roasted plum, old-fashioned barley sugar, hops, cumin and anise.

Finish: Long on peppery smoke, citrus and pine resin.

Nose: Intense with a burst of charcoal, creosote, tar and molasses caramel, with curious herbal notes, such as fennel, celery and green peppers. Once these disappear, there are notes of milk chocolate, anise and wood smoke.

T: Molasses caramel, anise, salted caramel chocolate, eucalyptus, menthol and briarwood, to name but a few. The 'tingling' and peppery mouthfeel continues, with sweeter flavors giving way to more savory notes like charcoal, smoky bacon, toast and tar.

Finish: The aftertaste is long and lingering, with a touch of peppermint and clove.

Nose: Sweet with notes of milk chocolate and lemon, smoked tea, maritime aromas, soot. With water, becomes extremely fruity with a trace of red fruit jam and its smoky side coming through strongly.

Taste: Light and full-bodied texture at once, smoky then dry. Minty dark chocolate, salty. Water rounds things out and makes the taste even more powerful and succulent and sweet and spicy.

Finish: Beautiful, clean, very long with mentholated smoke.

Nose: Woody, rich spices, raisins with a hint of orange zest and chocolate.

Palate: Raisins, dried fruit, rich fruitcake with sweet cinnamon and chocolate.

Finish: Rich and long with a slight dryness.

Nose: Woodfire and medicinal notes mingle with with caramel and floral honey.

Palate: Peppery and smoky with seaweed and bonfires balanced by honey, sweet floral notes, toffee, and malt.

Finish: The spiciness continues fading gently away leaving a lingering taste of honey and vanilla.
