A rich, layered whisky with notes of baked apple and golden pastry, balanced by succulent sultanas and prunes, and a lingering herbal finish.

Nose: A bright and vibrant start to this dram, there are notes of green apples, gorse bush, wine gums, and a mineral note.

Palate: The palate is well balanced with a touch of peat smoke, and sweet notes of icing sugar and white chocolate. Notes of tomato plant, sunflower seeds and linseed oil develop.

Finish: The finish brings notes of honey and gooseberries.

Nose - Heather Honey with hints of cinnamon and toffee bonbon. Very subtle hints of peat smoke.

Palate - Creamy vanilla spice gives way to more overt smoky charcoal notes, especially with the addition of water. Smoke doesn’t dominate and is balanced by the sweet honey and spice flavours.

Finish - Full bodied, silky mouth feel with a dry, tangy and lingering aftertaste, coupled with delicious spice notes.

Nose: Elegant, lemon zest, creamy vanilla and green apples.


Mouth: Spicy, dried orange and intense honey fragrance.


Finish: Creamy with notes of vanilla and leather.

Nose: Orchard fruit (pear) with a hint of peat, vanilla and malt.

Mouth: Malty and woody, spices, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. Subtly peaty.

Finish: Smooth and persistent, with a salinity that lingers on the tongue.

Having selected and vatted casks from same six years in both type of casks, Tomatin Distillery manager Graham Eunson, has created two incredible whiskies and an exceptional tasting experience.

Nose: dominantly sweet vanilla, honey and smoked sausage. Notes of apricot and lemon, combined with a lovely tobacco note.

Mouth: Peppery with aromas of orange, grapefruit, delicate anise note, campfire smoke.

Finish: Cocoa aroma and cigar note. This is a wonderfully fruity and smoky single malt whisky.

Nose: Campfire, peat and light, sweet, vanilla oak spices.

Mouth: More smoke, salt, malt and obvious woody spices with subtle notes of grain, paprika and green apple. Peat embers and notes of cedar and sawdust.

Finish: Woody spice with licorice.
