Nez : Le Glenrothes McCallum 2007/12 ans présente des arômes subtils de fruits mûrs, de vanille et de miel, avec une touche de chêne grillé. Bouche : En bouche, ce single malt offre une texture soyeuse et des saveurs de fruits confits, de caramel et d'épices douces, équilibrées par des notes boisées. Finish : La finale est longue et chaleureuse, laissant en bouche des notes de fruits secs et de céréales, avec une légère pointe de poivre.
Nose: Powerful and incredibly aromatic, notes of chocolate, blackcurrant, heavy notes of leather, bacon. More delicate floral aromas of violet and lavender.
Mouth: oily on the palate, releasing peppery, Espresso and dark fruit aromas (blackcurrant, blackberry, cherry, plum). A hint of aniseed punctuates.
Finish: Long and persistent. Aromas of hot sauce, coffee and black cherries.
Nose: Round and powerful with notes of peat, Sherry and dates, as well as leather, malt and honey.
Mouth: Sweet and oily with lots of suppleness. Becomes smoky, with hints of meat and olive. and an olive note. The finish is long, sweet (malt) and smoky.
Nose: Rich and smoky, with mineral and marine notes, dark chocolate, vanilla and salted caramel candies.
Mouth: Richly peaty, round and elegant with a hint of chilli, spices.
