In 1988, Andrew Symington founded the Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky Company Ltd. and since then has been bottling exclusive Casks from a wide range of Scottish distilleries from Pitlochry in the Highlands. His limited enjoyment experiences from single or a few Casks come onto the market in series - like “The Decanter Collection”.
