Nose: Rich and floral, with woody and spicy notes.

Nose: Dense and full of dark fruit, with wood resin and spice. A biscuity, fruitcake sweetness mixed with classic dark chocolate and tobacco aromas.

Mouth: Lots of sweet, soft, thick notes of dark fruit, kirsch, cassis, moist pipe tobacco, cocoa and more Dundee cake and marzipan notes.

Finish: Long, warm and perfectly balanced between drier earthy notes and sweeter impressions of plum and fruit liqueur.

Mouth: Malty, peaty, salty, black pepper, oak, green tea, cinnamon, nutmeg, white wine.

Mouth: Very elegant and fruity, vanilla with subtle notes of peat and citrus, this is a really interesting product.

Finish: Medium and elegant.

Nose: Sweet, honey, caramel, vanilla, brioche with a hint of lemon.

Mouth: Nuts, crème brulée, mocha, almonds.

Finish: Mellow on caramel and cinnamon.

Nose: Coconut oil, honey, lemon zest, dried oak.


Mouth: Caramel apples, spices, cinnamon, ginger, orange, shortbread.


Finish: Balanced, a hint of sherry and oak.

Nose: Hazelnut and smoke, accompanied by malty sweetness and ripe fruit. Then come apricots in syrup, ripe pear, malted vanilla reminiscent of cracked barley, crème brûlée and sweet honey. The smoky peat note is discreet but nevertheless quite present. This evokes shoe polish and leather and earth.

Mouth: Soft and mellow, comes the heavily roasted malt reminiscent of smoked muesli with fruit and honey. Then come smoked apricot jam, crushed barley, peat, burnt heather, citrus and redcurrant. With a drop of water, its smoke and elegant minerality become stronger, offering a magnificent counterbalance to its sweetness.



Finish: Sweet with earthy flavors, followed by a smoky, spicy and herbal note.

N: Clean, peppery and fruity. Specific notes of orange peel, waxy lemon zest, heather and various beers and crystallized exotic fruits. Water enhances the fruity and floral aspects and brings a wonderful freshness.

B: Powerful, brilliantly fruity, spicy and full of yellow plums, lemon peel, honey and pressed wild flowers. Notes of exotic fruit tea and wood spices. Water once again enhances the sweet, fresh qualities.

F: Nice length, on honey, flowers, mead, a touch of wax and notes of dried exotic fruit.
