The distillery is located in Belmopan. The molasses comes from locally crushed sugar cane. It is naturally fermented and then distilled in a three-column continuous still. This vintage was initially aged in Belize in heavily charred American Bourbon casks, before being returned to casks in used white oak Bourbon barrels that had previously been filled with other Caribbean rums.
