Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, 20% of which are new and the remainder from the second passage, then aged for 20 to 22 months. Bottle ageing for around 6 months.

Dark red with violet highlights. A perfume of redcurrant and earthy forest floor with grassy notes is followed on the palate by aromas of prunes, blueberries, with hints of balsamic and spices. A well-balanced wine for everyday drinking.
