"This sparkling wine presents a beautiful, bright, pale yellow color. This Chasselas develops delicate aromas with subtle notes of citrus and yellow fruits. The palate is flavorful, with a fine, persistent mousse and delicate, fresh, and fruity notes. It seduces with its charming, springlike finish, right through to its full, long finish, inviting a second glass. This "pet nat'" is best enjoyed with an aperitif, ceviche, salmon canapés, sushi, and maki."
