Nose : Notes of fig rolls, date syrup, plums and star anise kick off this year’s Local barley.

Palate : A savoury element becomes more pronounced on the palate, with notes of burdock, shiitake mushrooms, tamari soy sauce and liquorice

Finish : Notes of campfire ash and treacle molasses come to the forefront in the finish.

Nose: Lively, complex, balanced with sweet vanilla, raisins, hazelnuts and malted barley.

Mouth: Dry, pastry-like (sweet biscuity), malty, fruity (grape).

Finish: Very long, dry and woody.

Nose: Notes of fruit, orange and citrus, floral, woody with vanilla and spice.

Mouth: Sweet orange and citrus, creamy caramel, vanilla with spicy notes of cinnamon and clove.

Finish: Long on vanilla and spice.

Nose: Subtle aromas of smoky peat, vanilla and tropical fruit emerge delicately from the glass.
Mouth: On the palate, powerful notes of caramel, black pepper and dark chocolate mingle with hints of sea salt and liquorice.
Finish: The finish is long and intense, leaving a warm sensation of smoke and dried fruit on the palate.

Nose: Overall dry, vinous impression supported by spicy, woody notes. Seductive aromas of tart red berries, vanilla, a hint of wax. A little water softens the nose and relaxes the aroma, without much alteration.

Mouth: Ultra-unctuous, gourmet texture. Barley sugar, pinch of salt, suggestions of currant and crunchy grape. At reduced strength, it's not as tart, but still spicy; the sweetness is enhanced but the mouth-watering spicy heat remains.

Finish: Long and dry with pepper and mild spice. With milder water, now with a trace of fondant in the aftertaste.

Nose: Oban Little Bay whisky reveals maritime and salty notes, followed by aromas of tropical fruit and honey.
Mouth: On the palate, this Highland single malt reveals flavors of dried fruit, dark chocolate and sweet spices.
Finish: The finish is long and warm, with subtle hints of oak and smoke.

N: Clean, peppery and fruity. Specific notes of orange peel, waxy lemon zest, heather and various beers and crystallized exotic fruits. Water enhances the fruity and floral aspects and brings a wonderful freshness.

B: Powerful, brilliantly fruity, spicy and full of yellow plums, lemon peel, honey and pressed wild flowers. Notes of exotic fruit tea and wood spices. Water once again enhances the sweet, fresh qualities.

F: Nice length, on honey, flowers, mead, a touch of wax and notes of dried exotic fruit.

nose : Blooming heather and distant bonfire smoke. Soft notes of barley sugar and freshly baked bread are brightened with hints of lemon zest and green apple peel, underpinned by delicate florals. Peat smoke is present but restrained.

palate : A symphony of honeyed malt, toasted grain and a distinctive earthiness greet the palate. Orchard fruits, citrus and a touch of vanilla sweetness follow, whilst delicate threads of smoke and salinity weave through the malt, providing a gentle counterpoint to heather and coconutty gorse.

finish : A medium-length finish of sweet barley, accompanied by subtle floral notes, which give way to the gentle smokiness of a beach bonfire. Citrus and a touch of minerality linger on.
