- Bourbon Barrels

A rich, smooth and creamy single malt whisky whose dark aromas incorporate Benrinnes' fresh green estery characteristics, typical of Speyside. This pleasantly textured single malt is rich and lush, with meaty, flavorful characteristics.

Sister Spirit stills enhance and refine the wonderful flavors captured during the long fermentation period, thanks to extra contact with copper. Matured in a selection of Bourbon casks, wine barrels and Sherry casks.

No coloring or chill filtering.

Nose: Sweet with Manuka honey, lemon meringue pie and vanilla custard.

Mouth: Ice cream sponge cake, citrus (grapefruit) with a pleasant oak note.

Finish: medium and slightly dry .

Nose: Dense and full of dark fruit, with wood resin and spice. A biscuity, fruitcake sweetness mixed with classic dark chocolate and tobacco aromas.

Mouth: Lots of sweet, soft, thick notes of dark fruit, kirsch, cassis, moist pipe tobacco, cocoa and more Dundee cake and marzipan notes.

Finish: Long, warm and perfectly balanced between drier earthy notes and sweeter impressions of plum and fruit liqueur.

Nose: Pear syrup, fruit candy, fresh-cut grass, jam.

Taste: Molasses syrup, pepper, rye bread, macadamia nuts, Cream soda.

Finish: Long with a lovely lingering note of orange and beeswax.

Tasting notes: Honey, citrus and spicy cloves. Sherry and fruitcake, followed by hints of rich dark chocolate and a soothing, enveloping finish.

Nose: Characteristic Tullibardine bourbon notes of vanilla, caramel, cream soda, sweet nectar, and oak intertwine with layers of dried fruit and warming spice.

Palate: Balancing the indulgent nose, there’s more spices to be found of nutmeg, cinnamon and candied ginger cushioned with a hint of brown sugar.

Finish: Spice on the palate mellows, the finish is smooth and buttery.
