Nose: Vanilla, caramel, banana, fresh and malty with notes of coffee and citrus (lemon).

Mouth: Creamy, peppery, ripe bananas with wonderful spices.

Finish: Balanced and long with a note of dark chocolate.

Distilled in 2007, bottled at 12 years of age. Single wine cask / outturn of 379 bts.

Notes of vanilla, strawberry and lemon.

The Maritime malt

Nose: Intense but balanced. Dried fruits, ripe apples and citrus, with a sweetness of honey and vanilla. Slight chocolate and floral in the background.

Mouth: Fragrant spices and Christmas cake, hints of chocolate and caramel.

Finish: Beautiful, elegant and marked by a hint of saltiness.

Nose: Subtle lemon and honey, wonderfully balanced with typical Bowmore peat smoke.

Mouth: Warm and delicious with subtle chocolate and toffee flavors, soft peat smoke leading to a delicious, long and mellow finish.

Nose: Rich, warm aromas of apple, butterscotch and honey with marzipan and subtle notes of marmalade.

Mouth: Fresh, mellow notes of pear, peach, pineapple and a hint of Demerara sugar.

Finish: Rich, round and refreshing.

Nose: Baked fruit with light peat smoke in the background.

Mouth: Old-fashioned baked sweets, baked apple, Brazil nut.

Finish: Persistent fruit and hazelnut, all interwoven with hints of Islay peat smoke.

nose : Blooming heather and distant bonfire smoke. Soft notes of barley sugar and freshly baked bread are brightened with hints of lemon zest and green apple peel, underpinned by delicate florals. Peat smoke is present but restrained.

palate : A symphony of honeyed malt, toasted grain and a distinctive earthiness greet the palate. Orchard fruits, citrus and a touch of vanilla sweetness follow, whilst delicate threads of smoke and salinity weave through the malt, providing a gentle counterpoint to heather and coconutty gorse.

finish : A medium-length finish of sweet barley, accompanied by subtle floral notes, which give way to the gentle smokiness of a beach bonfire. Citrus and a touch of minerality linger on.

Nose: Moist Corinth raisins and sweet dates. Cinnamon, dark chocolate, and enveloped in subtle smoke.

Mouth: Cedarwood, treacle toffee, boiled sweet confectionery, clove spice and liquorice root.

Finish: Intriguingly rich and wooded, revealing contented sweet spice.
