Single cask aged 10 years, bottled in cask strength with a 12-month finish in white wine barrels (Viognier). Outturn of 277 bottles. No coloring or chill filtering.
Nose: Notes of ripe fruit and vanilla emerge on the nose, with a delicate hint of honey. Palate: On the palate, this whisky reveals aromas of dried fruit, caramel and oak, for a smooth, balanced texture. Finish: The finish is long and warm, with notes of candied fruit and a hint of spice that lingers on the palate.
Nose: Sweet with notes of milk chocolate and lemon, smoked tea, maritime aromas, soot. With water, becomes extremely fruity with a trace of red fruit jam and its smoky side coming through strongly.
Taste: Light and full-bodied texture at once, smoky then dry. Minty dark chocolate, salty. Water rounds things out and makes the taste even more powerful and succulent and sweet and spicy.
Finish: Beautiful, clean, very long with mentholated smoke.
