This edition is made from 100% peated Benriach distillate to give this whisky an intense, smoky flavor. This spirit is produced exclusively with barley malted at 45 ppm. The 'Smoky Ten' and 'Smoky Twelve' editions are blended from peated and unpeated distillates to produce whiskies at close to 25 ppm.
