B: Powerful, brilliantly fruity, spicy and full of yellow plums, lemon peel, honey and pressed wild flowers. Notes of exotic fruit tea and wood spices. Water once again enhances the sweet, fresh qualities.

F: Nice length, on honey, flowers, mead, a touch of wax and notes of dried exotic fruit.

N: Red apples, spiced strudel, caramel, sherry and dried fruit. A Christmas cake in a glass.




B: Lots of sherry, honey, oak with a powerful aromatic feel and a delicious cinnamon note.




F: Long on Sherry and spices.

Nose: Nutty, vinous notes, dry, tart peaches, a little austere.

Mouth: Spicy character, sultana grapes, dried figs and walnuts with a touch of honey and pepper.

Finish: Powerful and spicy, with no intention of stopping.
