Tasting notes: Honey, citrus and spicy cloves. Sherry and fruitcake, followed by hints of rich dark chocolate and a soothing, enveloping finish.

Nose: Opens with fresh, salty, oceanic notes. Develops on sweet, peat-dried malt. Mouth: Charred oak, chimney smoke, rock pools and summer tar. Finish: Long and persistent with brown sugar, ash and very phenolic.

Nose : Approachable and rich. First polished wood and nuts (toasted hazelnut) dominate, then stewed fruits (baked apples), dried fruits (sweet dates), and soft brown sugar take over. Mossy too, after a while.

Palate : Sweetness and crunchy nuts impress at first, then there’s a smooth, fruity Speyside richness to enjoy. Firm, with a balancing sweetness. Brown sugar and espresso coffee. Warming and pleasant.

Finish : Medium to long, elegantly drying and crisp, completed by a pleasant, sweetly nutty chew-ability.

Nose: Rich and greedy, baked apples, yellow-fleshed fruit, a hint of orange.

Mouth: Brioche, spices, hints of ginger and chocolate, a touch of smoke.

Nose: Red fruits, fresh cherries, heather flowers and intense peat smoke.


Mouth: Caramel, rich spices, vanilla and lingering peat smoke.


Finish: Silky, oily with fresh muffins, butter and honey.
