Specifications:
Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats lasting an average of 14 to 15 days. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, 20% of which are new and the remainder from the second passage, then aged for 20 to 22 months. Bottle ageing for around 6 months.
