Made from a mashed potato of malted and unmalted barley, then triple distilled in copper stills, Redbreast 15 is composed exclusively of Pot Still whiskies aged in the finest oak casks for no less than 15 years.
Nose: Peaty, smoky aromas mingle with notes of ripe fruit and cereals. Mouth: An explosion of peaty, woody flavors, with hints of vanilla and honey. Finish: A long, warm finish, leaving notes of peat and dried fruit on the palate.
